You may know that Cathy Speck has been asked to speak before Congress in Washington D.C. next week to advocate for more ALS funding. We would be very grateful if you could please sign the attached petitions, one to Senator Boxer
and one to Senator Feinstein, that we can take with us to present. They simply
require your "signature" and full printed name at the bottom of each page, it is
one attachment with two pages.
