Wow! Man, talk about incredible people! This community is so awesome.
We already got two down comforters,thanks Jennifer, Alsion and Keto,( and even more offers), someone to take care of the truck this month--thanks Beth Foondos,, and Julie Cross has offered to do our laundry if no one else will. Also, my sister up North has offered to pay for a laundry service twice a month, but she doesn't have alot of money , so I'd rather not do that. Also, does Davis even HAVE a laundry service ?

And Julie is already so busy.. So we still need someoone to sniff our dirty laundry. Remember --no undies! This community is so awesome-- did I say that already?

The next thing we need:, Our microwave doesn't work safely, and I need one to put my hot packs in that I use to put on various body parts that hurt (keep your mind outta the gutter.)
So if someone has one in their garage or bedroom closet that they're not using, we'd love to take it off yer hands. Nothing fancy, just working correctly. We have space for one that is this size or smaller--21" long !2" high" 15 " deep.

Also, I want to spread the word about the Davis Food Co-op Souper Bowl on sunday afternoon Feb 28th. It's fantastic , dee-lish--ussss event that benefits the Elderly Nutirtion Program.
Linda and I will be playing our live music. I am so happy I can still sing, although my voice is clearly getting weaker, and my breathing is more labored. More info about the event at www.davisfood.coop
