"Cathy Speck will be presented with the Thong H. Huynh Memorial Award for Community Education and Awareness on Tuesday, May 18 at the Davis City Council meeting at 6:30 pm.
The City Council will present the award at 6:30 and there will be a reception right afterward in the courtyard outside the City Council Chambers. The award honors people and organizations in our community who work to make Davis a more tolerant community. The award is given in memory of a Davis High Student who was killed on campus in a racially-motivated attack."
